Oxford Health Plan (NJ): HMO Certificate of Authority
[26 Pa.B. 5476] On October 2, 1996, Oxford Health Plans (NJ) filed with the Department of Health an application for a certificate of authority for approval to operate as a foreign HMO in the Commonwealth in accordance with the provisions of the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Act (40 P. S. §§ 1551--1567) and Department of Health regulations (28 Pa. Code §§ 9.1--9.97).
The proposed service area includes Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester and Delaware counties.
A copy of the application is available for public inspection by appointment only in Room 1030 Health and Welfare Building. Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections within 20 days of publication of this notice to Frank Clark, Acting Director, Bureau of Health Care Financing, Department of Health, Room 1030 Health and Welfare Building, P. O. Box 90, Harrisburg, PA 17108-0090, (717) 787-5193.
