   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:

Bucks County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #0904, Glenwood Village Square, 1141 N. 5th Street, Perkasie, PA 18944-1867.

Lease Expiration Date:  July 31, 1997

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 2,600 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within a 1 mile radius of the Borough of Perkasie.
