Southeast Delco School District; Hearing

   Southeast Delco School District, Underground Storage Fund, Doc. No. MS94-08-043

   A formal administrative hearing is scheduled for March 1, 1996, at 9:30 a.m. at the offices of Cozen and O'Connor, 1900 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.

   The hearing shall be held in accordance with 2 Pa. Code §§ 501--508 and §§ 701--704 (relating to Administrative Agency Law); 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure) and 35.225.251; 31 Pa. Code §§ 56.1--56.3 (relating to Special Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure); and any other relevant procedural provisions of law.

   Motion and/or briefs relevant to the hearing, including motions in limine and briefs addressing significant or unusual points of law, procedure and/or evidence must be filed in writing with the Docket Clerk, Insurance Department, 901 North Seventh Street, Second Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17103 with copies delivered to the PresidingOffice at 292 Mayfield Lane, Chadds Ford, PA 19317 on or before February 23, 1996.
