Lease Expiration: November 30, 1996
Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space bounded on the north by Girard Avenue, on the south by Market Street, on the west by Millbourne Avenue and on the east by 57th Street in the city of Philadelphia.
