Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

[27 Pa.B. 2485]

   The Department of Transportation, under 71 P. S. § 513(e)(7), intends to sell 5,598.67 square feet of land owned by it located in Monroe Township, Snyder County, PA. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

   Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Joel K. Hart, Department of Transportation, P. O. Box 218, Montoursville, PA 17754.
