   Pennsylvania Blue Shield has submitted filing no. 97020000 for Insurance Department approval.

   Contract Form No. 4925 is a Community Rated Group Vision Contract for groups enrolled in Medicare Risk Programs and will be marketed as ''VueFlex Senior.'' This filing consists of 26 pages.

   Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg and Philadelphia. Please refer to Insurance Department File No. A04950001 when referencing this filing.

   Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Richard W.
