Application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company for approval of (1) transfer, by sale, of the water works property and rights of the Clarion Township General Authority to Pennsylvania-American Water Company; and (2) the right of Pennsylvania-American Water Company to begin to offer or furnish water service to the public in additional portions of Clarion Township, Clarion County, PA.
This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before March 17, 1997.
