   A-210790F2000. East Allen Gardens Water Co. Application of East Allen Gardens Water Co. for approval of abandonment of water service so as to permit East Allen Township Municipal Authority to assume and commence to provide the same.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before July 6, 1998, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
