Application of Pike County Light and Power Company for a certificate of public convenience evidencing approval of the transfer from Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., to Consolidated Edison, Inc., by merger, the title to, or the possession or use of all property of Pike County Light and Power Company, used or useful in the public service.
This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before August 24, 1998, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
