   A-110500F0273.  PP&L, Inc. Application of PP&L, Inc., for approval of the transfer by sale to Homestead Village, Inc., of facilities located in Lancaster, Lancaster County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before November 9, 1998, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
