Lease Expiration Date: January 31, 2001
Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 4,000 to 10,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in a shopping center environment. Storeroom should be located on Clairton Boulevard between Lebanon Church Road on the north and east and Bruceton Road on the south.
