   A-130000, F0004. Pittsburgh Thermal Limited Partnership and North American Thermal Systems Limited Liability Company. Application of Pittsburgh Thermal Limited Partnership and its General Partner North American Thermal Systems Limited Liability Company for approval of the transfer of certain partnership interests to NRG Energy, Inc.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before March 4, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
