   A-120011 F0003; A-120011 F0004; and A-120011 F0005. Southern Union Company et al. Application of Southern Union Company for all approvals necessary under the public utility code for the transactions described in the agreements of merger between Southern Union Company and Fall River Gas Company, Inc., Providence Energy Corporation and Valley Resources, Inc.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before March 20, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
