LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD

Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:

Allegheny County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #9209, 308 Mall Boulevard, Monroeville, PA 15146-2227.

Lease Expiration Date:  September 30, 2001

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 10,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space for use as a Wine & Spirits Superstore. Location must be located in a shopping center environment serving the Monroeville area near the Monroeville Mall.

Proposals due:  April 21, 2000 at 12 Noon
