   A-230068 F0002.  Timberlee Valley Sanitation Company, Inc. Application of Timberlee Valley Sanitation Company, Inc., for extension of service to an area in Lancaster Township, Butler County, PA, and to increase the number of EDUs from 58 to 99 as allowed by the Certificate of Public Convenience.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before September 5, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
