Box 1365, Harrisburg, PA 17105 or call (717) 787-4085. Bid packets can be printed from our website www.dgs.state.pa.us under State Surplus Property ''Attention Municipalities Only.'' Requests for bid proposals need to be made prior to the bid opening on September 12, 2000, at 1 p.m.
