Hearings Scheduled

   Hearings have been scheduled, as authorized by 24 Pa.C.S. Part IV (relating to Public School Employes' Retirement Code), in connection with the Public School Employees' Retirement System's denial of Claimants' requests concerning the indicated accounts.

   The hearings will be held before a hearing examiner at the Public School Employees' Retirement System, 5 North Fifth Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101:

Under 22 Pa. Code § 201.1 (relating to applicability of general rules), procedural matters will be in conformance with 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to the General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure) unless specific exemption is granted.
