   A-230033 F2000.  Borough of Berwick. Application of the Borough of Berwick for approval of the cancellation of its Certificate of Public Convenience to provide public sewer service to the public in Briar Creek Borough and Briar Creek Township, Pennsylvania.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before December 11, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
