Pennsylvania Mega Money Instant Lottery Game

   Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101 -- 3761-314), and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

   1.  Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Mega Money.

   2.  Price: The price of a Pennsylvania Mega Money instant lottery game ticket is $5.00.

   3.  Play Symbols:

   (a)  Each Pennsylvania Mega Money instant lottery game ticket will contain four play areas known as ''Game 1,'' ''Game 2,'' ''Game 3'' and ''Game 4.'' Each ''Game'' has a specific game play method and is played separately. Each Pennsylvania Mega Money instant lottery game ticket will also contain a ''Quick $20'' area.

   (b)  The play area for ''Game 1'' will contain a ''Your Numbers'' area and a ''Winning Number'' area. The play symbols and their captions located in the ''Your Numbers'' area and ''Winning Number'' area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE) and 10 (TEN).

   (c)  The play area for ''Game 2'' will contain a ''Your Total'' area. The play symbols and their captions located in the ''Your Total'' area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE) and 10 (TEN).

   (d)  The play symbols and their captions located in the play area for ''Game 3'' are: $5.00 (FIV DOL), $6.00 (SIX DOL), $8.00 (EGT DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20$ (TWENTY), $40$ (FORTY), $80$ (EIGHTY), $400 (FOR HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO) and $10,000 (TEN THO).

   (e)  The play area for ''Game 4'' will contain a ''Your Numbers'' area and a ''Winning Number'' area. The play symbols and their captions located in the ''Your Numbers'' area and ''Winning Number'' area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE) and 10 (TEN).

   (f)  The play symbols and their captions located in the ''Quick $20'' area are: $20$ (TWENTY) and TRY AGAIN.

   4.  Prize Play Symbols:

   (a)  The prize play symbols and their captions located in the five ''Prize'' areas for ''Game 1'' are: $5.00 (FIV DOL), $6.00 (SIX DOL), $8.00 (EGT DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20$ (TWENTY), $40$ (FORTY), $80$ (EIGHTY), $200 (TWO HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO) and $250,000 (TWHNFYTH).

   (b)  The prize play symbols and their captions located in the two ''Prize'' areas for ''Game 2'' are: $5.00 (FIV DOL), $6.00 (SIX DOL), $8.00 (EGT DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20$ (TWENTY), $25$ (TWY FIV), $40$ (FORTY), $80$ (EIGHTY), $200 (TWO HUN), $400 (FOR HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO) and $10,000 (TEN THO).

   (c)  The prize play symbols and their captions located in the five ''Prize'' areas for ''Game 4'' are: $5.00 (FIV DOL), $6.00 (SIX DOL), $8.00 (EGT DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $15$ (FIFTN), $25$ (TWY FIV), $40$ (FORTY), $80$ (EIGHTY), $200 (TWO HUN), $10,000 (TEN THO) and $250,000 (TWHNFYTH).

   5.  Prizes: The prizes that can be won in ''Game 1'' are $5, $6, $8, $10, $20, $40, $80, $200, $1,000 and $250,000. The prizes that can be won in ''Game 2'' are $5, $6, $8, $10, $20, $25, $40, $80, $200, $400, $1,000 and $10,000. The prizes that can be won in ''Game 3'' are $5, $6, $8, $10, $20, $40, $80, $400, $1,000 and $10,000. The prizes that can be won in ''Game 4'' are $5, $6, $8, $10, $15, $25, $40, $80, $200, $10,000 and $250,000. The prize that can be won in ''Quick $20'' is $20. A player can win up to 13 times on a ticket.

   6.  Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 2,880,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Mega Money instant lottery game.

   7.  Determination of Prize Winners:

   (a)  Determination of prize winners for ''Game 1'' are:

   (1)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $250,000 (TWHNFYTH) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $250,000.

   (2)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.

   (3)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $200 (TWO HUN) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.

   (4)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $80$ (EIGHTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $80.

   (5)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $40$ (FORTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

   (6)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $20$ (TWENTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

   (7)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

   (8)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $8.00 (EGT DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $8.

   (9)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $6.00 (SIX DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $6.

   (10)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

   (b)  Determination of prize winners for ''Game 2'' are:

   (1)  Holders of tickets where the ''Your Total'' equals 7 or 11 within the same ''Row'' and a prize play symbol of $10,000 (TEN THO) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10,000.

   (2)  Holders of tickets where the ''Your Total'' equals 7 or 11 within the same ''Row'' and a prize play symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.

   (3)  Holders of tickets where the ''Your Total'' equals 7 or 11 within the same ''Row'' and a prize play symbol of $400 (FOR HUN) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $400.

   (4)  Holders of tickets where the ''Your Total'' equals 7 or 11 within the same ''Row'' and a prize play symbol of $200 (TWO HUN) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.

   (5)  Holders of tickets where the ''Your Total'' equals 7 or 11 within the same ''Row'' and a prize play symbol of $80$ (EIGHTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $80.

   (6)  Holders of tickets where the ''Your Total'' equals 7 or 11 within the same ''Row'' and a prize play symbol of $40$ (FORTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

   (7)  Holders of tickets where the ''Your Total'' equals 7 or 11 within the same ''Row'' and a prize play symbol of $25$ (TWY FIV) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $25.

   (8)  Holders of tickets where the ''Your Total'' equals 7 or 11 within the same ''Row'' and a prize play symbol of $20$ (TWENTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

   (9)  Holders of tickets where the ''Your Total'' equals 7 or 11 within the same ''Row'' and a prize play symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

   (10)  Holders of tickets where the ''Your Total'' equals 7 or 11 within the same ''Row'' and a prize play symbol of $8.00 (EGT DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $8.

   (11)  Holders of tickets where the ''Your Total'' equals 7 or 11 within the same ''Row'' and a prize play symbol of $6.00 (SIX DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $6. (12) Holders of tickets where the ''Your Total'' equals 7 or 11 within the same ''Row'' and a prize play symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

   (c)  Determination of prize winners for ''Game 3'' are:

   (1)  Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $10,000 (TEN THO) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10,000.

   (2)  Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $1,000 (ONE THO) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.

   (3)  Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $400 (FOR HUN) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $400.

   (4)  Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $80$ (EIGHTY) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $80.

   (5)  Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $40$ (FORTY) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

   (6)  Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $20$ (TWENTY) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

   (7)  Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $10.00 (TEN DOL) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

   (8)  Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $8.00 (EGT DOL) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $8.

   (9)  Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $6.00 (SIX DOL) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $6.

   (10)  Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $5.00 (FIV DOL) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

   (d)  Determination of prize winners for ''Game 4'' are:

   (1)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $250,000 (TWHNFYTH) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $250,000.

   (2)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $10,000 (TEN THO) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10,000.

   (3)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $200 (TWO HUN) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.

   (4)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $80$ (EIGHTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $80.

   (5)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $40$ (FORTY), appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

   (6) Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $25$ (TWY FIV) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $25.

   (7)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $15$ (FIFTN) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $15.

   (8)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

   (9)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $8.00 (EGT DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $8.

   (10)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $6.00 (SIX DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $6.

   (11)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches the ''Winning Number'' play symbol and a prize play symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

   (e)  Holders of tickets with a play symbol of $20$ (TWENTY) in the ''Quick $20'' play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

   8.  Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes, and approximate odds of winning:

   Game 1--When any of Your Numbers match the Winning Number, win prize shown under the matching number

   Quick $20--Reveal $20 prize amount, win $20 instantly

   Game 2--When your total equals 7 or 11, win prize for that row

   Game 3--Get 3 like dollar amounts, win that prize

   Game 4--When any of Your Numbers match the Winning Number, win prize shown under the matching number

   9.  Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania Mega Money instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentives).

   10.  Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania Mega Money, prize money from winning Pennsylvania Mega Money instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania Mega Money instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

   11.  Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314), the regulations contained in 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

   12.  Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania Mega Money or through normal communications methods.
