Application of Adelphia Business Solutions of Pennsylvania, Inc., for authority to transfer assets as part of a Pro Forma corporate reorganization, and for Adelphia Business Solutions Investment, LLC., to offer, render, furnish or supply telecommunications services as a reseller of Interexchange Toll Services, a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier to the public in the service territories of Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc., Verizon North, Inc. and United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania, a Competitive Access Provider, and an Interexchange Carrier to the public in this Commonwealth.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before July 9, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
