Pennsylvania Cash Blast Instant Lottery Game

   Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

   1.  Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Cash Blast.

   2.  Price: The price of a Pennsylvania Cash Blast instant lottery game ticket is $2.00.

   3.  Play Symbols:

   (a)  Each Pennsylvania Cash Blast instant lottery game ticket will contain two play areas known as ''Game 1'' and ''Game 2.'' Each ''Game'' has a different game play method and is played separately.

   (b)  The play symbols and their captions located in the play area for ''Game 1'' are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE) and $$ (DOLSN).

   (c)  The play area for ''Game 2'' will contain a ''Lucky Numbers'' area and a ''Your Numbers'' area. The play symbols and their captions located in the ''Lucky Numbers'' area and the ''Your Numbers'' area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN) and 16 (SIXTN).

   4.  Prize Play Symbols:

   (a)  The play area for ''Game 1'' will contain a ''Prize'' area. The prize play symbols and their captions located in the ''Prize'' area for ''Game 1'' are: $2.00 (TWO DOL), $5.00 (FIV DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $15$ (FIFTN), $20$ (TWENTY), $25$ (TWY FIV), $50$ (FIFTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $500 (FIV HUN) and $25,000 (TWYFIVTHO).

   (b)  The prize play symbols and their captions located in the ''Your Numbers'' area for ''Game 2'' are: $2.00 (TWO DOL), $5.00 (FIV DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $15$ (FIFTN), $20$ (TWENTY), $25$ (TWY FIV), $50$ (FIFTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $500 (FIV HUN) and $25,000 (TWYFIVTHO).

   5.  Prizes: The prizes that can be won in ''Game 1'' and ''Game 2'' are $2, $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, $50, $100, $500 and $25,000. The player can win up to nine times on a ticket.

   6.  Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 7,440,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Cash Blast instant lottery game.

   7.  Determination of Prize Winners:

   (a)  Determination of prize winners for ''Game 1'' are:

   (1)  Holders of tickets with three matching $$ (DOLSN) play symbols in the same row, column or diagonal, and a prize play symbol of $25,000 (TWYFIVTHO) in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $25,000.

   (2)  Holders of tickets with three matching $$ (DOLSN) play symbols in the same row, column or diagonal, and a prize play symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.

   (3)  Holders of tickets with three matching $$ (DOLSN) play symbols in the same row, column or diagonal, and a prize play symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

   (4)  Holders of tickets with three matching $$ (DOLSN) play symbols in the same row, column or diagonal, and a prize play symbol of $50$ (FIFTY) in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

   (5)  Holders of tickets with three matching $$ (DOLSN) play symbols in the same row, column or diagonal, and a prize play symbol of $25$ (TWY FIV) in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $25.

   (6)  Holders of tickets with three matching $$ (DOLSN) play symbols in the same row, column or diagonal, and a prize play symbol of $20$ (TWENTY) in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

   (7)  Holders of tickets with three matching $$ (DOLSN) play symbols in the same row, column or diagonal, and a prize play symbol of $15$ (FIFTN) in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $15.

   (8)  Holders of tickets with three matching $$ (DOLSN) play symbols in the same row, column or diagonal, and a prize play symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

   (9)  Holders of tickets with three matching $$ (DOLSN) play symbols in the same row, column or diagonal, and a prize play symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

   (10)  Holders of tickets with three matching $$ (DOLSN) play symbols in the same row, column or diagonal, and a prize play symbol of $2.00 (TWO DOL) in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

   (b)  Determination of prize winners for ''Game 2'' are:

   (1)  Holders of tickets where any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches either of the ''Lucky Numbers'' play symbols and a prize play symbol of $25,000 (TWYFIVTHO) appears under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $25,000.

   (2)  Holders of tickets where any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches either of the ''Lucky Numbers'' play symbols and a prize play symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.

   (3)  Holders of tickets where any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches either of the ''Lucky Numbers'' play symbols and a prize play symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

   (4)  Holders of tickets where any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches either of the ''Lucky Numbers'' play symbols and a prize play symbol of $50$ (FIFTY) appears under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

   (5)  Holders of tickets where any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches either of the ''Lucky Numbers'' play symbols and a prize play symbol of $25$ (TWY FIV) appears under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $25.

   (6)  Holders of tickets where any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches either of the ''Lucky Numbers'' play symbols and a prize play symbol of $20$ (TWENTY) appears under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

   (7)  Holders of tickets where any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches either of the ''Lucky Numbers'' play symbols and a prize play symbol of $15$ (FIFTN) appears under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $15.

   (8)  Holders of tickets where any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches either of the ''Lucky Numbers'' play symbols and a prize play symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

   (9)  Holders of tickets where any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches either of the ''Lucky Numbers'' play symbols and a prize play symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

   (10)  Holders of tickets where any one of the ''Your Numbers'' play symbols matches either of the ''Lucky Numbers'' play symbols and a prize play symbol of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appears under the matching ''Your Numbers'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

   8.  Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes, and approximate odds of winning:

   G1 = Get 3 ''$$'' (Dollar Symbols) in any Row, Column, or Diagonal, win prize shown.

   G2 = When any of ''Your Numbers'' match either ''Lucky Number,'' win prize shown for that matching number.

   9.  Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania Cash Blast instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentives).

   10.  Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania Cash Blast, prize money from winning Pennsylvania Cash Blast instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania Cash Blast instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

   11.  Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314), the regulations contained in 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

   12.  Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania Cash Blast or through normal communications methods.
