Joint application of Conestoga Telephone and Telegraph Company, Buffalo Valley Telephone Company and CEI Networks, Inc., for approval of the acquisition, by merger, of their parent corporation, Conestoga Enterprises, Inc., by NTELOS, Inc., and the transfer of control to NTELOS, Inc.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O.
