   A-221600 F2000. Borough of Hyndman. Application of the Borough of Hyndman for approval of the abandonment or discontinuance of extraterritorial water service to the public located in a portion of Bedford County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before October 29, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant: Borough of Hyndman.
