For renewal applications listed in Section I, the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) has made a tentative determination to reissue these permits for 5 years subject to effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting requirements in their current permits, with appropriate and necessary updated requirements to reflect new and changed regulations and other requirements. For all new permit applications, renewal application with major changes or applications for permits not waived by EPA, the Department, based upon preliminary reviews, also made a tentative determination of proposed effluent limitations and other terms and conditions for the permit applications listed in Section II below. These determinations are published as proposed actions for comments prior to taking final actions.
Unless indicated otherwise below, the EPA Region III Administrator has waived the right to review or object to this proposed permit action under the waiver provision 40 CFR 123.24(d).
