Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:

Chester County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #1502, 317 W. Bridge Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460-3355.

Lease Expiration Date:  May 31, 2003

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 4,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in the Borough of Phoenixville.

Proposals due:  November 16, 2001, at 12 noon
