LEGISLATIVE REFERENCE BUREAU

   The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no such documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution #CB-01-261, Dated October 5, 2001. This resolution authorizes the side letter of agreement between the Commonwealth and PSEA that increases the rate of pay for substitute employees at Scranton State School for the Deaf and Scotland School for Veterans' Children from $10.98 per hour to $12.50 per hour, effective October 1, 2001. Additionally, the rate will increase to $12.88 per hour effective August, 2002.

   Resolution #CB-01-285, Dated October 25, 2001. This resolution authorizes the side letter of agreement between the Commonwealth and the PLCB Enforcement Officer III Meet and Discuss Unit (K5). This letter creates a new section in Recommendation 14 of the Memorandum of Understanding to provide for a $55.00 per month stipend to compensate employees whose office location is not owned or leased by the Commonwealth for the cost of providing office space.
