   A-212370 F0069 and A-210036 F2000. Philadelphia Suburban Water Company and Rolling Green Water Company. Joint Application of Philadelphia Suburban Water Company and Rolling Green Water Company for approval of: 1) the transfer, by merger, of the water system assets of Rolling Green Water Company to Philadelphia Suburban Water Company; 2) the right of Philadelphia Suburban Water Company to begin to furnish water service to the public in the service area of Rolling Green Water Company; and 3) the abandonment by Rolling Green Water Company of water service to the public in its service territory located in portions of Monroe Township, Snyder County, PA.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before December 3, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
