   A-212285 F0084 & A-210970 F2000. Pennsylvania-American Water Company and Fox Knoll Water Company. Joint Application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company and Fox Knoll Water Company for approval of 1) the transfer by sale of the water works property and rights of the Fox Knoll Water Company to Pennsylvania-American Water Company, 2) the commencement by Pennsylvania-American Water Company of water service in the certificated service territory of Fox Knoll Water Company and 3) the abandonment by Fox Knoll Water Company of all water service to the public.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before February 20, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant:  Pennsylvania-American Water Company, Fox Knoll Water Company.
