   The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no such documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution #CB-01-311, Dated, November 26, 2001. This resolution authorized the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania State Corrections Officers Association. The agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2001, through June 30, 2004. The approximate costs of the economic provisions of the agreement are as follows:

July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002: $18,200,000
July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003: $14,300,000
July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004: $16,200,000

   These costs include the increased costs associated with salary sensitive benefits.
