Continuing Education Program Sponsors
[31 Pa.B. 1154] The State Board of Accountancy (Board) has discovered a discrepancy between the agency text of 49 Pa. Code § 11.4 (relating to fees) as deposited with the Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau), and the official text as published at 31 Pa.B. 151, 154 (January 13, 2001) and as scheduled to appear in the March 2001, Pennsylvania Code Reporter (Master Transmittal Sheet No. 316). An amendment that was adopted at 30 Pa.B. 6344 (December 9, 2000) was not incorporated.
Therefore, under 45 Pa.C.S. § 901: The Board has deposited with the Bureau a corrective amendment to 49 Pa. Code § 11.4. The corrective amendment to 49 Pa. Code § 11.4 is effective January 13, 2001, the date the defective official text was printed in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
The correct version of 49 Pa. Code § 11.4 appears in Annex A.

Following is the schedule of fees charged by the Board:
