Pennsylvania Rub A Dub Doubler Instant Lottery Game
[31 Pa.B. 1191] Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314), and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:
1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Rub A Dub Doubler.
2. Price: The price of a Pennsylvania Rub A Dub Doubler instant lottery game ticket is $1.00.
3. Play Symbols: Each Pennsylvania Rub A Dub Doubler instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area. The play symbols and their captions located in the play area are: $1.00 (ONE DOL), $2.00 (TWO DOL), $4.00 (FOR DOL), $5.00 (FIV DOL), $8.00 (EGT DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20$ (TWENTY), $40$ (FORTY), $80$ (EIGHTY), $500 (FIV HUN), $3,000 (THR THO) and a Duck Symbol (DUCK).
4. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are $1, $2, $4, $5, $8, $10, $20, $40, $80, $500 and $3,000.
5. Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 14,400,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Rub A Dub Doubler instant lottery game.
6. Determination of Prize Winners:
(a) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $3,000 (THR THO) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $3,000.
(b) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $500 (FIV HUN) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.
(c) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $80$ (EIGHTY) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $80.
(d) Holders of tickets with two matching play symbols of $40$ (FORTY) and a Duck Symbol (DUCK) play symbol in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $80.
(e) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $40$ (FORTY) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.
(f) Holders of tickets with two matching play symbols of $20$ (TWENTY) and a Duck Symbol (DUCK) play symbol in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.
(g) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $20$ (TWENTY) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.
(h) Holders of tickets with two matching play symbols of $10.00 (TEN DOL) and a Duck Symbol (DUCK) play symbol in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.
(i) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $10.00 (TEN DOL) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.
(j) Holders of tickets with two matching play symbols of $5.00 (FIV DOL) and a Duck Symbol (DUCK) play symbol in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.
(k) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $8.00 (EGT DOL) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $8.
(l) Holders of tickets with two matching play symbols of $4.00 (FOR DOL) and a Duck Symbol (DUCK) play symbol in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $8.
(m) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $5.00 (FIV DOL) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.
(n) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $4.00 (FOR DOL) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $4.
(o) Holders of tickets with two matching play symbols of $2.00 (TWO DOL) and a Duck Symbol (DUCK) play symbol in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $4.
(p) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $2.00 (TWO DOL) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.
(q) Holders of tickets with two matching play symbols of $1.00 (ONE DOL) and a Duck Symbol (DUCK) play symbol in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.
(r) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of $1.00 (ONE DOL) in the play area on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1.
7. Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes, and approximate odds of winning:

8. Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania Rub A Dub Doubler instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentives).
9. Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania Rub A Dub Doubler, prize money from winning Pennsylvania Rub A Dub Doubler instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania Rub A Dub Doubler instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.
10. Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314), the regulations contained in 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.
11. Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania Rub A Dub Doubler or through normal communications methods.
