Application for Lease of Right-of-Way

   Notice is hereby given that under 67 Pa. Code § 495.4(d) (relating to application procedure), an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by Burnell I. Cochran, 4161 Oregon Pike, Ephrata, PA, to lease highway right-of-way located at 4170 Oregon Pike, Ephrata, PA, West Earl Township, Lancaster County, .3575 acres +/- adjacent to SR 272, formerly L. R. 1072, section 2, for the purpose of parking.

   Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to Barry G. Hoffman, P.E., District Engineer, Engineering District 8-0, 2140 Herr Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103-1699.
