   A-212370 F0061 and A-211040 F2000. Philadelphia Suburban Water Company and Geigertown Water Company. Joint Application of Philadelphia Suburban Water Company and Geigertown Water Company, for approval of: 1) the transfer by sale of the water system assets of Geigertown Water Company to Philadelphia Suburban Water Company; 2) the right of Philadelphia Suburban Water Company to furnish water service to the public in a described area of Robeson and Union Townships, Berks County, PA; and 3) the abandonment by Geigertown Water Company of water service to the public in its current service territory.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before March 19, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant:  Philadelphia Suburban Water Company and Geigertown Water Company.
