During the summer break of 2004, 2005 and 2006, the University will be installing a sprinkler and fire alarm in five residence halls (design for this phase has been contracted). During the install, the University plans to renovate each building. Summer 2004 Hull and Hobbs, approximately 110,000 square feet; Summer 2005 Bard and Gilbert, approximately 70,000 square feet; and Summer 2006 Burrowes, approximately 80,000 square feet.
