Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes
[32 Pa.B. 6313] The Department of Transportation (Department), under 71 P. S. § 513(e)(7), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following property is available for sale by the Department.
Parcel No. 85--City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. This parcel contains approximately 22,804+/- square feet or 0.523+/- acre of vacant land located at the corner of Chateau Street and Hopkins Street adjacent to State Route 0065, in the 21st Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. The property will be sold in ''as is condition.'' The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $132,200. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Raymond S. Hack, District Engineer, Department of Transportation, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
