[33 Pa.B. 1841] Notice is hereby given that Kenneth Harrison Fails, II, having had his license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia revoked by Order of the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board dated May 6, 2002, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on March 25, 2003, disbarring Kenneth Harrison Fails, II, from the practice of law in this Commonwealth, effective April 24, 2003. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
