LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD

Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:

Montgomery County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #4626, Park Ridge Shopping Center, 6 North Park Avenue, Norristown, PA 19403-1317.

Lease Expiration Date: September 30, 2003

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 4,000 to 8,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space located in a 1 mile radius around the intersection of Ridge and Park Avenues, West Norriton Township.

Proposals due: May 2, 2003, at 12 p.m.
