   A-00115735. Neville Township. Application of Neville Township, County of Allegheny, for approval of a public crossing at-grade of a present private crossing at a point where the tracks and right-of-way of Pittsburgh Industrial Railroad and CSX Railroad cross a private road, Gulf Road, located in the Township of Neville, County of Allegheny.

   An initial hearing on this matter will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2003, at 10 a.m., in an available hearing room, Pittsburgh State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
