STATE ETHICS COMMISSION
Public Meeting
[33 Pa.B. 2730] Under 65 Pa.C.S. §§ 1101--1113 (relating to the Public Official and Employee Ethics Law) (Ethics Law), the State Ethics Commission (Commission) is required to hold at least two public hearings each year to seek input from persons and organizations who represent any individual subject to the provisions of the law and from other interested parties.
The Commission will conduct a public meeting on June 23, 2003, at 9 a.m. in Room 307 Finance Building, Harrisburg, PA for purposes of receiving input and for the conduct of other agency business. Public officials, public employees, organizations and members of the general public may attend.
Persons who wish to testify or present any statement, information or other comments in relation to the Ethics Law, the regulations of the Commission or agency operations should contact Claire J. Hershberger, (717) 783-1610, (800) 932-0936. Written copies of any statement should be provided at the time of the meeting.
