FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION
Removal of Temporary Changes to Fishing Regulations; Upper Hereford Manor Lake, Beaver County
[33 Pa.B. 3185] By notice published at 33 Pa.B. 1547 (March 22, 2003), the Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission), acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 65.25 (relating to temporary changes to fishing regulations), took immediate action to modify temporarily fishing regulations at Upper Hereford Manor Lake, Beaver County, in anticipation of a draw down of the lake. Specifically, the Executive Director lifted all seasons, sizes and creel limits for all species except trout.
The draw down of the lake is now complete. Thus, the Commission is removing these temporary changes to fishing regulations effective immediately. Statewide seasons, sizes and creel limits are now in effect for Upper Hereford Manor Lake.
