Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:

Montgomery County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #4603, 416 Old York Road, Jenkintown, PA 19046-2809.

Lease Expiration Date: September 30, 2004

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 5,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within a 1-mile radius of West Street and Old York Road, Jenkintown.

Proposals due: October 10, 2003, at 12 p.m.
