Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes
[33 Pa.B. 5884] The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2003(e)(7) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following property is available for sale by the Department:
Parcel No. 378--City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. The subject property is a vacant irregular-shaped parcel of land consisting of 0.134 + acre or 5,839.75 + square feet and is situated east of I-279 at the northeast corner of Madison Avenue and Vista Street, 23rd Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $5,700.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Raymond S. Hack, District Engineer, Department of Transportation, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridge- ville, PA 15017.
