Pennsylvania Mummy Money Instant Lottery Game

   Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

   1.  Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Mummy Money.

   2.  Price: The price of a Pennsylvania Mummy Money instant lottery game ticket is $3.

   3.  Play Symbols: Each Pennsylvania Mummy Money instant lottery game ticket will contain three play areas designated as ''Pyramid 1,'' ''Pyramid 2'' and ''Pyramid 3.'' Each Pennsylvania Mummy Money instant lottery game ticket will also contain a ''Mummy's Numbers'' area consisting of 20 squares in a 4 x 5 grid. The play symbols located in the three play areas and in the ''Mummy's Numbers'' area are: The numbers 1 through 80 presented in a two-digit format.

   4.  Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are $3, $6, $9, $30, $90, $300 and $60,000. The player can win up to seven times on each ticket.

   5.  Approximate Number of Tickets Printed for the Game: Approximately 4,800,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Mummy Money instant lottery game.

   6.  Determination of Prize Winners:

   (a)  Holders of tickets matching the ''Mummy's Numbers'' play symbols in a complete horizontal line (consisting of six numbers) on ''Pyramid 3,'' and a prize amount of $60,000 in the corresponding prize arrow for that line, on a single ticket, shall entitled to a prize of $60,000.

   (b)  Holders of tickets matching the ''Mummy's Numbers'' play symbols in a complete horizontal line (consisting of five numbers) on ''Pyramid 1'' or ''Pyramid 3,'' and a prize amount of $300 in the corresponding prize arrow for that line, on a single ticket, shall entitled to a prize of $300.

   (c)  Holders of tickets matching the ''Mummy's Numbers'' play symbols in a complete horizontal line (consisting of four numbers) on ''Pyramid 2'' or ''Pyramid 3,'' and a prize amount of $90 in the corresponding prize arrow for that line, on a single ticket, shall entitled to a prize of $90.

   (d)  Holders of tickets matching the ''Mummy's Numbers'' play symbols in a complete horizontal line (consisting of four numbers) on ''Pyramid 1,'' and a prize amount of $30 in the corresponding prize arrow for that line, on a single ticket, shall entitled to a prize of $30.

   (e)  Holders of tickets matching the ''Mummy's Numbers'' play symbols in a complete horizontal line (consisting of three numbers) on ''Pyramid 3,'' and a prize amount of $30 in the corresponding prize arrow for that line, on a single ticket, shall entitled to a prize of $30.

   (f)  Holders of tickets matching the ''Mummy's Numbers'' play symbols in a complete horizontal line (consisting of three numbers) on ''Pyramid 1'' or ''Pyramid 2,'' and a prize amount of $9 in the corresponding prize arrow for that line, on a single ticket, shall entitled to a prize of $9.

   (g)  Holders of tickets matching the ''Mummy's Numbers'' play symbols in a complete horizontal line (consisting of two numbers) on ''Pyramid 3,'' and a prize amount of $9 in the corresponding prize arrow for that line, on a single ticket, shall entitled to a prize of $9.

   (h)  Holders of tickets matching the ''Mummy's Numbers'' play symbols in a complete horizontal line (consisting of two numbers) on ''Pyramid 1'' or ''Pyramid 2,'' and a prize amount of $6 in the corresponding prize arrow for that line, on a single ticket, shall entitled to a prize of $6.

   (i)  Holders of tickets matching the ''Mummy's Numbers'' play symbols in a complete horizontal line (consisting of one number) on ''Pyramid 1,'' ''Pyramid 2'' or ''Pyramid 3,'' and a prize amount of $3 in the corresponding prize arrow for that line, on a single ticket, shall entitled to a prize of $3.

   7.  Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes and approximate odds of winning:

   8.  Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania Mummy Money instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentives).

   9.  Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania Mummy Money, prize money from winning Pennsylvania Mummy Money instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania Mummy Money instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

   10.  Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

   11.  Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania Mummy Money or through normal communications methods.
