Export List of Insurance Coverages; Request for Comments

[34 Pa.B. 2141]

   The Insurance Commissioner (Commissioner) published a notice at 34 Pa.B. 928 (February 14, 2004) soliciting comments to the export list published at 33 Pa.B. 2444 (May 17, 2003). No comments were received during the comment period. The Commissioner proposes to amend the export list published at 33 Pa.B. 2444 to delete ''night clubs.''

   Persons wishing to comment on the Commissioner's proposal are invited to submit a written statement within 15 days from the date of this publication. Written statements must include sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the Insurance Department of the exact basis of the statement. Written statements should be directed to Cressinda Bybee, Office of Regulation of Companies, Insurance Department, 1345 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA, 17120, fax (717) 787-8557, cbybee@state.pa.us. Formal notification of changes will be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin after the 15-day comment period or a notice will be published stating that the export list published at 33 Pa.B. 2444 remains in effect.
