Order Per Curiam:
And Now, this 13th day of April, 2004, upon consideration of the Petition to Reestablish the Magisterial Districts of the 11th Judicial District (Luzerne County) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that the Petition, which provides for the elimination of Magisterial District 11-2-02, within Luzerne County, to be effective immediately, is granted; and that the Petition, which provides for the realignment of Magisterial Districts 11-1-05, 11-1-06, 11-3-01, 11-3-02, 11-3-03 and 11-3-06, within Luzerne County, to be effective immediately, is granted. It is further Ordered and Decreed that the Petition, which also provides for the reestablishment of the remaining Magisterial Districts, within Luzerne County, as they currently exist, to be effective immediately, is granted.
