Sale of Land No Longer Required for Transportation

   The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2003(e)(7) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department. The parcel consists of 11.887 acres, irregular in shape, located east of SR 33, Section H00 west of County Club Road and north of William Penn Avenue in Bethlehem Township, Northampton County. Interested public agencies are invited to express their interest in purchasing the parcel within 30 calendar days from the date of this notice.
