Gas Service

   A-120650F2000, A-122050F2000 and A-125127. PPL Gas Utilities Corporation, North Penn Gas Company and PFG Gas, Inc. Application of PPL Gas Utilities Corporation, North Penn Gas Company and PFG Gas, Inc. for approval of:  (1) the transfer of all property of North Penn Gas Company and PFG Gas, Inc. to PPL Gas Utilities Corporation; (2) the beginning of gas utility service by PPL Gas Utilities Corporation; and (3) the abandonment of gas service in this Commonwealth by North Penn Gas Company and PFG Gas, Inc.

   Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant, on or before May 24, 2004. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection andcopying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the applicant's business address.

   Applicants:  PPL Gas Utilities Corporation, North Penn Gas Company and PFG Gas, Inc.
