Amendment of Local Rule 208.2(e)--Motion, Certification of Good Faith. Attempt to Amicably Resolve Discovery Motion

Order And Now, to wit, this 10th day of August, 2004, it is hereby Ordered that Delaware County Local Rule 208.2(e) is hereby Amended and shall read as follows:
(1) All motions relating to discovery shall include a certificate signed by counsel for the moving party that counsel for that party has conferred or attempted to confer with all interested parties in order to resolve the matter without Court action, and shall set forth the nature of the efforts made to resolve the matter. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall result in the refusal of the Court to hear the motion.(2) The moving party shall attach a Certification of Good Faith, substantially in the following form to his or her motion.See attached Certification of Good Faith FormBy the Court
