Oil and Gas Technical Advisory Board Workgroup Meetings

   The Department of Environmental Protection's (Department) Oil and Gas Technical Advisory Board Workgroup will hold three meetings at the Moshannon District Office in Phillipsburg on December 21, 2004, January 6, 2005, and January 27, 2005. The meetings will start at 10 a.m. and are being held to discuss bonding rates for oil and gas wells.

   Questions concerning the meetings should be directed to David Hogeman at (717) 772-2199 or dhogeman@ state.pa.us. Information on these meetings is also available through the Public Participation Center on the Department's website at www.dep.state.pa.us (DEP Keyword: Participate).
