Highmark Inc. d/b/a Highmark Blue Shield; Issue Age Nongroup MedigapBlue Plans for the Central Pennsylvania Region Providing Standardized Benefit Packages A, B, C and H; Rate Filing
[35 Pa.B. 2484] By Filing No. 1-MGP(IA)-05-HBS Highmark Inc. has filed for approval revised rates for its nongroup MedigapBlue program. The aggregate rate increase requested is about 8.1%. The requested effective date of the revised rates is September 1, 2005. The most recent prior rate adjustment for this program took effect on September 1, 2004. The current and requested rates for First Eligible issues and the requested rate adjustments are as follows:
